Administrative Assistant

Position Summary This shared position provides administrative support for all agency services, programs and functions and supports the administrative needs of assigned senior management team members.# The administrative assistant interacts with the staff, the Board of Directors and regulatory/licensing bodies to promote and advance the mission of the agency. # Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Associate#s degree in related field with a minimum of two years in an administrative assistant position. OR; High school diploma with three or more years of experience supporting individuals in senior level positions.######### Current valid driver#s license to operate a motor vehicle, with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy. Strong and accurate keyboarding skills Mastery of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Adobe #and project management tools Ability to work with and maintain donor and other data bases Ability to complete training and become proficient in EPIC and other interface programs with regard to reporting needs #Proficiency with graphic design programs to include Publisher, Quark and/or InDesign

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
