A Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business by following up inbound marketing leads, qualifying their needs, selling appropriate Dream Local products and services, and developing strong customer satisfaction via phone (inside sales) and web contact.

This representative will be responsible for:
Meet and exceed monthly and annual quota
Provide prompt phone/email follow up to all inbound leads and properly document and track results
Effectively forecast business
Maintain pipeline of 3x sales goals
Host online presentations and demonstration
Build and maintain knowledge base to become an expert on Dream Local products and services
Utilize CRM to track all pertinent information related to the opportunity and effectively manage territory
Excellent verbal (via telephone) and written(via email) communication skills Strong listening skills and presentation skills
Strategic sales capabilities which support selling to the C-Level of small and medium size businesses, balanced with tactical skills for a fast-paced, high volume lead follow-up environment
Ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach, and balance assertive sales follow-up without being overly aggressive
A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture
Time Management skills -- able to manage multiple priorities effectively
A technical aptitude
Bachelor's degree preferred
One to two years solid service based or related direct sales background with proven history of quota overachievement
Experience selling online marketing services very valuable
Proven ability to close business via phone
Highly effective at web-based product and service presentations
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
