Provide leadership and steadying presence within Housekeeping Department.
Assist in ordering and maintaining proper inventory of linen and supplies.
Inspect Guest Rooms and ensuring they are cleaned up to standards, and guest readyAssist Room Attendants as neededMaintain key control systemEnsure lobby, guest hallways, back of house and housekeeping areas are cleaned and well organized Respond to all guest requests, situations, complaints and accidents presented to housekeeping in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
Maintain a strong working relationship with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure effective communications for operational issues.
Work to continuously improve guest satisfaction scores Responsible for assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.
Ensure lobby, guest hallways, back of house and housekeeping areas are cleaned and well organized at all times.
Respond to all guest requests, situations, complaints and accidents presented to housekeeping in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
Report all incidents to Director of Operations Respond to all guest requests, problems, complaints and / or accidents presented to Housekeeping in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintains strong working relationship with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure effective communications for operational issues.

Previous experience in a supervisory position a plusPrevious hotel housekeeping experience a plusMust be able to push, pull, bend, lift and stand for long periods of timeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities.
