Maritime Energy has an opening for a Customer Service Representative at our Rockland office.
This is a Part Time seasonal position to assist during the busy winter months.
Hours will be Monday through Friday from 8am to 1pm.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, detail oriented, a strong communicator, both oral and written, possess the ability to multi-task with efficiency, maintain customer awareness and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include assisting walk in customers, answering phones, accurately responding to customer inquiries, ensuring any necessary follow up with customer questions, and accurately managing customer payments.
