Responsibilities will include setting and meeting daily production goals, ensuring proper protocols are being followed, evaluating employee performance, and communicating with management. Your management style will need to be a hands on approach and emphasize lean manufacturing practices. This position requires a high school diploma and computer skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel. This full time, permanent position has a 3pm - 2am schedule.
